The accommodation had a central location in the red light district. The breakfast had lots of DIFFERENT options, and was complimentary. The staff was very attentive and helped with the private parking.

The new building and rooms here have great amenities, a convenient location near bars, restaurants, subway, and the airport.

Although the area is known to be a red-light district, the hotel has a rather safe environment. the rooms are small but comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and functional. the staff is always helpful, offering great service and making guests feel welcome. A highlight of this hotel is the breakfast, which is a delicious buffet with both Japanese and Western options.

The hotel's parking lot can be overcrowded and hard to navigate at times.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, with the subway station just a 5-minute walk away and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was small but very clean, and I appreciated all the amenities like the trouser press and fluffy towels. The staff were friendly, informative and made check-in a breeze. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both western and Japanese options, and the croissants were to die for.

The room supposedly designated as non-smoking had a faint smell of smoke. the hotel is located in an area that could be considered a red-light district, so it may not be everyone's preferred location.

The big screen TV with free movie pass was a nice bonus. the location of the hotel was great for exploring the city with easy access to public transportation and key tourist spots.

The area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe, especially at night, with many bars and loitering men. the room lacked proper lighting making it seem dark and gloomy.

Despite some minor drawbacks such as small rooms and a lack of atmospheric lighting, we would still recommend Apa Hotel Nagoya-Sakae Higashi for its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.
